This is an umbrella title for a website portal that hosts online consultations the Hansard Society e-Democracy Programme runs on behalf of the various Select Committees and All-Party Groups. Launched in January 2004, Tell Parliament links ordinary people with relevant experience and expertise to official select committee inquiries and the scrutiny of legislation, via the internet. Under this umbrella title the Hansard Society provides project management expertise including moderation, compiling summary reports, and conducting evaluations.
